Nocturne Leather Pants Leaving Marks - What Should I Do?

I bought these leather pants from Nocturne, but they've left unsightly marks in my wardrobe where I stored them. Furthermore, the washing instructions clearly indicate that the pants are not suitable for washing, including dry cleaning. What actions should I take in this particular scenario? Due to the length of time since the purchase, Nocturne is unable to process returns. It's really disappointing that a brand as reputable as Nocturne would produce a product that loses its quality after only two uses.
