Skin Damage From Nivea Luminous 630

I have been using the Nivea Luminous 630 Anti Dark Spot product once a day on my face and neck. After using it regularly, my skin on my neck and forehead started to develop very red, irritated patches and a burning sensation. At first I did not realize that it was caused by this cream, but when I used it again the reaction became worse and more obvious. Because of this reaction I had to go to a doctor, who prescribed antibiotics and a steroid cream to treat the damage on my skin. Even after stopping and then accidentally using the product again one morning, my skin became even more red and burning. At the moment, both my neck and my face are in a very bad condition, my skin is clearly damaged and I am very worried about the long‑term effects. I am very disappointed and worried that a cosmetic product sold under a well‑known brand can cause such a strong reaction and visible skin damage. I am sharing this so that other people will not experience the same problem. I kindly request that Nivea conducts a serious investigation into this product, explains how such a reaction and damage can occur, and provides me with a clear written response about what action will be taken regarding the product, my situation and consumer safety.
