Nivea Q10 Anti-Wrinkle Power Cream Caused a Skin Reaction

As someone who has trusted and used many different NIVEA products for years, I was very surprised to experience a serious skin reaction after using NIVEA Q10 Anti-Wrinkle Power Cream, which I purchased from a BİM store. I bought the product about a month ago, and approximately one week later I applied it to my face for the first time. Within three to four minutes, I felt an intense burning sensation. When I looked in the mirror, I saw small raised bumps and redness all over my face that looked like a sudden breakout.

I immediately washed my face, applied a cold compress, and then used a moisturizer from another brand. I stopped using the product after that. A few days later, I decided to give the cream another chance, but I experienced the exact same symptoms again—burning, redness, and small raised bumps across my face. Having used NIVEA products without any issues for many years, this reaction was both alarming and deeply disappointing.

I also contacted NIVEA through Instagram regarding this issue. I was told that someone would get back to me, but I have not received any response so far. I ask NIVEA to take this recurring reaction seriously, thoroughly investigate the product, and provide an appropriate resolution at the company's discretion. I would also appreciate being informed of the outcome of its review.
