Nivea Lip Scrub Lacks Exfoliating Effect and Fails to Moisturize Properly

I purchased the Nivea Lip Scrub, expecting an exfoliating product, but it’s nothing more than an ordinary lip balm, and it doesn’t even moisturize effectively. Despite being labeled as a "scrub," it lacks any exfoliating particles, even fine ones, which makes the product misleading. It doesn’t fulfill its promise to exfoliate, leaving me very disappointed.

To use up the product, I’ve tried applying it here and there for moisture, but instead of hydrating, it actually leaves my lips feeling even drier. This product does not deliver on its claims, and I am seeking compensation or a resolution. I trusted Nivea for quality, but this lip scrub falls far short of expectations.
