Nivea Hydro Gel Face Cream Causes Burning and Redness

I experience a burning sensation and redness immediately after applying Nivea Refreshing Hydro Gel Hyaluronic Acid Face Care Cream 100 ml to my face. I used the product only twice, and both times I experienced the same immediate burning sensation followed by redness.

Although the redness subsides after a short period of time, the burning sensation is uncomfortable and has completely discouraged me from continuing to use the product. When I checked the ingredients, I did not notice any obvious ingredient that I would expect to cause an allergic reaction, which made the reaction I experienced even more concerning. I have not seen a doctor yet, but I would like this reaction to be taken seriously and would like to receive information about the product's ingredients and any potential allergic reactions.

I request that this issue be investigated, that the product be examined if necessary, and that an appropriate solution be provided to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
