Nivea Expert Cellular Gave Me a Big Zir Over Night, My Skin Is Burning

Hearing it would be great for my skin, recently bought Nivea Expert Filler Cellular from Watson's but I was disappointed when, after only one night of using it, I woke up in an awkward position. My face had gotten a big zit, and my skin was burning in a way that I hadn't expected. Given how well-known Nivea is, I did not expect their product to have such an effect.  thought it would help my skin care procedure, but the opposite just happened. I'm not sure what the right thing to do is in this case. I want to know who the legal distributor of Nivea products is and how I can talk to them about the problem I'm having.  any help is appreciated...
