New Balance Suadiye Store Employee Took Shoes Away Without Explanation
On September 14, 2025, in the evening, I visited your Suadiye store with my son, where I had previously shopped and been satisfied. We asked for the size of the 2002R model, and the employee brought the product for us to try. While my son and I were discussing whether to purchase it, the employee suddenly took the shoes from us without saying anything at all. He gave no explanation and asked no questions.
Because my son has a disability, we chose not to make a scene and simply left the store. I was very upset by this rude and unprofessional behavior. The same employee hadn’t even greeted us when we entered, and his attitude directly caused us to leave.
I am considering returning to the store to speak with the male employee with a ponytail and glasses about this matter. This type of behavior does not suit your store or your brand. I expect a formal apology and explanation regarding the incident.
