Netshort Full Refund and Subscription Cancellation

I am being charged repeatedly for the Netshort Drama service without my clear consent and I want this situation to be resolved. I have noticed several separate payments to Netshort on different dates and only realized afterwards that these charges were related to Netshort Drama. Based on my transaction history, I specifically request a full refund of all Netshort charges shown between 25 August 2026 and 8 September 2026, as seen in the attached screenshot. These payments were not clearly authorized by me and I consider them improper. I request that all unauthorized or unclear Netshort Drama charges made to my account be examined in detail and that the improper payments be fully refunded. In addition, I want any active Netshort Drama subscription or automatic renewal linked to my account to be immediately cancelled so that no further charges are taken from me. I expect written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled, that no further withdrawals will occur, and information about when the refunded amounts will be credited back to my account.
