NetShort Unauthorized Weekly VIP Subscription Charge

At around 1:00 AM on September 26, 2026, an unauthorized transaction was made through the NetShort app, and $9 was charged to my Enpara card ending in 4375 through Google Play. Despite this charge, my VIP subscription does not appear to be active in the app.

A $9 purchase labeled “Weekly VIP (NetShort - Popular Dramas)” appears in my Google Play account. However, I did not initiate this subscription or provide any authorization for the purchase. I have tried contacting both NetShort and my bank, but I have not received any response so far.

Because this transaction was made without my knowledge or authorization, I request a full and immediate refund of the $9 charged to my card. I also request that this unauthorized subscription be canceled and that all unauthorized activity associated with my account be stopped immediately.
