Netshort Added a Weekly Subscription After a One-Week Purchase

I purchased a one-week package from a website called Net Short out of curiosity. After this transaction, I learned from an SMS sent by Vodafone that a $13 subscription fee had been charged through the Vodafone Pay service linked to my mobile line under the name “netshort Popul - Weekly VIP Membership” without my knowledge or authorization.

I did not knowingly sign up for this service. I only made the transaction out of curiosity and intended to try the service for a short period. I was never clearly informed that I would be charged a recurring subscription fee afterward. I do not accept this charge on my bill and want all subscriptions associated with Net Short on my mobile line to be canceled immediately.

I request that Vodafone investigate how and with what authorization this charge was processed through Vodafone Pay, cancel this unauthorized subscription, and reverse and refund the approximately $13 charge billed to my account.
