I haven't been able to use Netflix right for a whole year now, last night was just too much. I've been trying to get this fixed, but no tech service has shown up yet. No matter how much I've tried to format, unplug the TV, or troubleshoot, it just ain't working. To make things even worse, they've been charging us for a whole year for a service I haven't even been able to use. It sucks that I paid for Netflix but can't even use it because my TCL TV keeps having problems. Hey, just a heads up, don't trust those platforms too much, okay? Netflix is awesome, but sometimes the devices we use to watch it can be a real bummer, if you run into any issues, I suggest you cancel your subscription ASAP.
