Nerox Bonus Not Added To Account

I joined the 30% deposit bonus campaign offered by Nerox and made a qualifying deposit. However, even after waiting for several days and contacting customer support, the bonus was never credited to my account. They kept saying that the promotion was being “processed,” but nothing changed. I never had any problem with withdrawals or trading, but I am disappointed that the company did not honor its own promotion. I hope they fix this issue and add the promised bonus soon.
