I Face NeroX Invest Blocking My $63,721 And Demanding More Money

I was directed to invest in forex trading through a brokerage firm called NeroX Invest, and they had me download a mobile application onto my phone. The app only has a “deposit” option—there is absolutely no “withdraw” button. Although this was the case from the moment the app was installed, it is not something you immediately notice at the beginning.

Currently, my account shows a balance of $63,721, and this entire amount consists of my own deposited funds. However, when I attempt to withdraw my money, I am repeatedly asked to deposit additional funds under various excuses such as “tax” and “spread fees,” and my withdrawal requests are never processed.

At times, they use a tone that can be considered threatening, pressuring me to deposit more money. The person who initially contacted me and persistently called me is M**** K*****, who reached out via WhatsApp from the number +90 *****90. Later, another individual introducing himself as an expert, T A, contacted me via +90 ***62, and someone claiming to be his manager, A T, contacted me via +90 ***********52. They have continuously communicated with me through WhatsApp calls.

During this process, I also completed an online agreement/membership confirmation with the company, and I have documents such as payment receipts and screenshots of my transactions.

Due to the fact that this company does not provide any withdrawal functionality in the app, repeatedly demands additional payments under excuses like “tax” and “spread,” and uses a pressuring communication style, I am experiencing serious financial harm.

I request that the full amount of $63,721 shown in my account—entirely my own funds—be returned to me immediately without requiring any additional payments, and that all such pressure and demands cease.
