NARS Orgasm Blush Lacks Color Payoff and Fails Application Tests

In August 2025, I purchased a NARS Orgasm blush from Beymen’s online store. I received the product on July 25, 2025, and started using it. However, from the very first use, it failed to deliver any color payoff whatsoever. Despite trying different brushes and application techniques, the result remained the same. I faced the exact same issue with every attempt.

I suspect there may be a defect related to the product’s authenticity or manufacturing. I have my invoice from the purchase (Invoice No: MI02025000916483). Although I contacted Beymen customer service, I have not received any response.

I request a product exchange and ask that a resolution process be initiated. My delivery address is Eskişehir.
