N11 Refused My Return Request for the Faulty Canon Maxify GX70 Printer
I would like to file a complaint regarding the Canon Maxify GX70 printer I purchased on April 11, 2025, from the seller 'Hızlı Kartuş' via N11. The printer had several issues, including ink leakage and the inability to print A5 documents. Due to these problems, I requested a return. However, during my discussions with the seller, I was told that a service form was required for the return, even though no such condition is stated in N11’s return policy. This situation violates my consumer rights and has caused me to suffer. I was contacted by a representative named Ms. B**** regarding record number 26671598 on N11, who provided misleading information clearly intended to protect the seller. She treated the return of a defective product as if it were abnormal. When we informed the seller we would return the product, they never mentioned that a service form would be required. We completed the return in accordance with the policy. I demand that this issue be resolved and that my grievance be addressed properly.
No matter how much time has passed, there is still no response! We filed a spending objection with the bank; we will get from our bank the service we couldn't get from N11!
