About a month ago, I purchased a test from the website MyIQ.com for one-time use and paid the required fee at that time. However, on March 9, 2026, I noticed on my Enpara bank statement that an additional charge of $29.99 had been made to my card without my knowledge or consent. I did not approve this transaction, did not start any subscription, and did not request any recurring payments.
Even though I only used the site for a one-time test, seeing what appears to be a recurring monthly charge set up without my permission is extremely disturbing. I have my payment receipt, but despite multiple attempts to contact support through the website or via email, I was unable to send messages or reach the company.
I request that the $29.99 charged to my card without my authorization be refunded immediately and that any possible subscription be canceled. Otherwise, I will consider pursuing legal action, as this situation raises serious concerns of fraudulent activity.
