Mustela Stelatopia Severe Skin Reaction For My 18 Months Old Baby
I purchased a Mustela Stelatopia moisturizing cream from Shoppers Drug Mart in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, for my son, and after using it for several days, his skin developed a severe reaction. We started applying the cream last week, and today we noticed that his skin condition has worsened. Each time we apply the lotion, he starts to cry, and the areas where it was applied turn red, as if the skin is burned. We have not yet been able to take him to a doctor because we only noticed how serious the reaction was tonight, but we are very concerned about his skin and about the potential medical costs that may follow due to this product reaction. I request that Mustela and/or Shoppers Drug Mart urgently investigate this product and this specific batch, as I am worried that it may be unsafe for my child and possibly for other children. In addition, I kindly ask for support with the medical expenses that may arise in connection with the treatment of my son's skin, as these costs can be quite high. I expect a clear response, an explanation of how this could happen, and concrete steps to ensure product safety so that similar situations do not occur to other families.
