MSPY Unauthorized Additional Charge After Trial Subscription

I recently signed up for the one‑day iOS trial plan via the official mSpy website. I clearly intended to use only the trial offer, but I was unexpectedly charged additional amounts on my card without my clear authorization. On May 14, 2026, two separate payments were deducted from my account: AED 3.37 and AED 37.87, totalling AED 41.24. I did not knowingly approve any paid subscription beyond the trial, and these charges came as a surprise. When I tried to contact mSpy customer support to clarify and resolve the issue, I was told I needed to pay an additional $13 support fee in order to receive assistance. This made it impossible for me to properly dispute the charges or request a refund through normal support channels. Because of this situation, I request a full refund of the total AED 41.24, the immediate cancellation of any active subscription linked to my trial, and written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account or card in the future.
