Mspy App Doesn’t Work Properly and Won’t Provide a Refund
The website “mspy.com/tr” advertises an app for parental control, claiming to be the best tool with numerous features to monitor and manage children's phones. However, the app fails to work on most devices, and when it does, the functionality is severely limited, making it nearly useless. Additionally, they refuse to provide refunds under any circumstances. Despite listing a Turkish contact number on their website, it appears to be misleading; no one answers, and there are no branches or support centers in Turkey. The site has gained visibility on Google through extensive advertising, but it’s essentially a scam. I urge you to look at the comments on Reddit for further proof of their deceptive practices.
I complained to Halkbank, object to the credit card charge at your bank, and the bank will pursue it. Mspy said they would refund the money. Immediately call the bank and say you are disputing the charge, or write about the situation online. That's when they refund the money. Otherwise, you will never get it back, so don't bother emailing this site; they are mocking you. Complain to every place you can, including BTK.
