Mostbet Failed to Credit My Deposit and Withheld My Winnings
On January 22, 2025, at 22:11, I transferred money to my Mostbet account, but since then, the funds have neither been credited to my account nor returned. I provided proof of the transaction by sending the receipt, but they haven’t responded at all. When I contact live support, they dismiss me with the same response: "We are investigating."
What’s worse is that Mostbet seems to seize funds whenever you start winning consistently. While I was able to withdraw my winnings a few times before, the moment my winnings became regular, they simply froze my money and took it. It’s impossible to find someone to properly address the issue.
I had heard about such practices before but didn’t believe them—now I know they’re true. Mostbet has effectively taken my money, and I demand an immediate resolution. Credit my deposit and release my funds without further delay. This behavior is unacceptable!
