I’ve been using Molfix diapers for a long time for my twin babies and was very satisfied—until recently. Lately, one of my babies has started developing severe diaper rash, and it’s clearly caused by the inner side of the diaper tabs. The area where the inner bands make contact with the skin becomes irritated and raised, as shown in the attached photo.
This never happened before, which makes me think there’s been a drop in quality. I haven’t changed anything in our routine—same skin care, same diapering—but now Molfix is causing skin problems. It’s really upsetting because I trusted this brand and relied on it for so long.
Molfix, I’m disappointed. I expected consistent quality, especially for a baby product. Please look into this issue and explain what’s changed. I’m not sure I’ll choose Molfix again unless I know this won’t happen moving forward. I want a proper response and support for the discomfort your product has caused.
