Broken Elytra Mechanics Cause Player Death and Loss of Netherite Pickaxe on Hayalmc

I encountered a serious glitch while playing under the username Emirz16 in the Nether area of Hayalmc Box PVP. While mining netherite blocks, another player attacked me and I tried to fly away using my Elytra. However, my character froze instantly, the Elytra failed to activate, and I died as a result. Because this death was caused entirely by an in-game bug, I lost my items unfairly.

As a result of this incident, I completely lost my netherite pickaxe and ghost set. Since I broke no rules and simply ran into this bug during normal gameplay, I request that my lost items be restored.

I ask that staff investigate this error, check the server logs if possible, and apply the necessary technical fixes to prevent similar issues from happening again.
