Avataria Life Glitch Traps Characters and Erases Purchased Inventory

Starting late this afternoon, I have been dealing with a severe glitch in Avataria Life. My character is essentially stuck, and I cannot step out into the street. On top of that, my clothes have disappeared, and the game acts as if I don't own any of the items in my inventory or store. Downloaded data and resources are also missing, which is completely ruining my gaming experience.

I regularly buy in-game packs, so facing a bug like this in a game where I spend real money is deeply frustrating. I emailed support about the issue, but I have yet to receive a single response.

I demand an urgent investigation to fix this account glitch, a complete restoration of my missing clothes and in-game data, and a prompt resolution to my issue.
