Mobile Legends Keeps Rejecting My Account Recovery Requests Automatically

I have been a Mobile Legends: Bang Bang player for many years. However, I lost access to my account because the email address linked to it was permanently deleted years ago. Although I am the legitimate owner of the account, I have been unable to recover it through Mobile Legends' account recovery system.
Despite having extensive information that proves ownership of the account, every account recovery request I submit is automatically rejected within seconds. I possess important account details, including the account UID, server information, previous usernames, historical screenshots, and payment records, yet none of this appears to be reviewed by a real person.

I also have screenshots dated April 24, 2021, and May 1, 2021, showing the account in my possession. In addition, I have payment records and receipts from purchases made through Codashop, which further demonstrate my ownership of the account.
My issue is not that the account was stolen or hacked. The problem is simply that the email address linked to the account was deleted years ago, preventing me from receiving verification codes. Even so, I have a substantial amount of evidence proving that I am the rightful owner. Unfortunately, the recovery system continues to reject my applications automatically without providing any explanation.
My primary complaint is the complete lack of access to meaningful customer support. Whenever I attempt to contact support, I am redirected to automated systems. Emails receive automated responses, and in-game customer service rejects recovery requests without explaining which information is missing or incorrect. Because no reason is provided, I have no opportunity to correct any potential mistakes in my submissions.
It is extremely frustrating to lose access to an account that I have invested years of time, effort, and money into. More importantly, despite possessing documents and records that can verify my ownership, I have been unable to find any support channel where I can request a manual review of my case.
I respectfully request that Mobile Legends conduct a manual investigation of my account using the information and evidence I have provided, verify that I am the legitimate owner, and assist me in restoring access to the account. I believe the account's ownership can be confirmed through historical login records, payment history, account activity, and the supporting documentation I am prepared to provide.
