Moonton Refuses to Help Me Recover My Mobile Legends Account

For the past 3 days, I have been unable to access my Mobile Legends: Bang Bang account owned by Moonton. I no longer have access to the email address connected to my account, although I still have access to my phone number. Despite this, whenever I try to log in, the verification codes are constantly being sent to my old inaccessible email address, which prevents me from accessing my account.

My account contains approximately $770 worth of purchases along with content and progress that I spent a very long time building. Even though I also have WhatsApp and Game Center verification linked to my account, the system insists on sending verification codes only to my old email address, leaving me completely locked out.

I repeatedly explained the situation through the in-game support system and by email. I clearly stated multiple times that I no longer have access to my old email address and requested that my email be changed. However, no meaningful assistance was provided. Every time, I received repetitive responses that dismissed the issue without offering any actual solution.

I want the old email address disconnected from my account and my account access restored by verifying my identity through my phone number or any currently accessible verification channels. I also want to emphasize that if I am unable to recover my account, I am considering using my legal rights regarding this matter. I request that my problem be urgently reviewed and that my account access be restored as soon as possible.
