MLBB Account Recovery Denied Even After Payment Records and User ID Were Submitted

My Mobile Legends: Bang Bang account, which I had been playing on for a long time and had spent more than $1,137 developing, was stolen recently. To recover my account, I contacted the support team, but even though I shared all of my information, I was told that I could not prove the account belonged to me, and my request was denied.
When the support team asked me for proof, I provided the account creation date, my in-game user ID, my username, and records of my payments in full. Despite this, I only received a response saying “insufficient evidence,” and my account is still in someone else’s hands.
I request that this account, which I have invested years of effort and a significant amount of money into, be reviewed again in detail for security reasons, and that all of the information I submitted be properly considered so my account can be returned to me.

My account was stolen and I provided all the evidence, but the support team said the evidence was insufficient and my account is still in someone else's hands. I am requesting a refund, but I have received no response and have been ignored.
