Mobil Legends Banned My Account “poyrazxx” Without Rule Violation, Spent ₺1000

My Mobil Legends account “poyrazxx” was banned yesterday under the reason of “matchmaking restriction”, even though I have not committed any rule violation. Due to this ban, I am currently unable to access the game at all.

I have invested approximately ₺1,000 into this account, and this situation has left me severely disadvantaged. I have never faced such a problem before, nor did I receive any prior warning or explanation regarding this ban.

I did not contact the support team yet, as I am certain that I did not break any rules. However, if my account will not be reinstated, I demand a full refund of the payments I have made.

I request an urgent response and a fair resolution regarding this unjust ban.
