Minichat Blocked My Account Despite No Rule Violation

On Friday, May 1, while I was using the Minichat application completely normally, my account was blocked for alleged “obscene or irreverent behavior.” This block happened only because my phone slipped and I adjusted it. At no point did I use insults, offensive language, or engage in any behavior that violated the platform’s rules. For this reason, I believe this penalty is unfair, and I am very upset that my account was blocked in this way. My account ID is 374896496.
So far, I have not been able to reach Minichat support through any proper support channel, which is why I am using this platform to formally request a detailed review of my case and the removal of the penalty, as I strongly believe it was applied incorrectly. The block directly affects my ability to communicate with friends and participate in important conversations within the community, causing unjustified harm.
Additionally, I made an in-app payment of $199 on the same day the block was applied, which makes it even more important for my situation to be reviewed, since this issue also affects my ability to use a service I paid for. Since my account is currently restricted, I request that my account be reactivated and the block removed. If that is not possible, I request a refund of this recent payment. However, my main request is a thorough investigation and review of what happened.
I also want to point out that the lack of clear information about the appeal process makes resolving this issue much more difficult, as there are no effective channels or clear steps for users to defend themselves against a penalty they believe is unfair. I request a prompt response and a detailed explanation of the specific reasons that led to the blocking of my account ID 374896496. I will attach a screenshot of the block to help with the review.
