I am writing regarding the ban imposed on my daughter’s MiniChat account. The account is registered with the email address: oasil***@gmail.com. On 2026/03/21, my daughter entered the application by mistake, and after that her account was banned. I kindly request that you review this situation and lift the ban on her account, as the entry was unintentional and made by a child. I hope you will reconsider the decision and reactivate the account.
