Minichat Account Ban Appeal for iOS App User

I am writing regarding the permanent ban of my Minichat account in the iOS app. On 16 October 2026 my account with ID 411120179 was banned for the reason “underage,” based on an incident that happened during a video chat. In that video, I briefly appeared on camera with my other phone, and on that phone there was a photo of a boy who is a minor. The child was visible only for a very short moment, there was no inappropriate or harmful content of any kind, and this situation happened unintentionally. I fully understand and respect your safety rules regarding minors and I see why these rules are important, and I accept this as a serious warning to be even more careful in the future. From now on, I will make sure that no minors, even in photos or backgrounds, appear in my camera frame or in any of my video chats again, and I will continue to use Minichat in full compliance with your community guidelines. Considering that this was an honest mistake with no harmful intention, I kindly ask you to review my case and lift the permanent ban on my account so that I can continue using Minichat under your rules.
