Microsoft FIFA 24 Ultimate Team Payment Error

On March 2nd, 2024, I bought FIFA 24 Ultimate Team. The payment went through without any issues, but I'm encountering difficulties downloading the Ultimate Team mode for the game. Whenever I try to click on "Play," it keeps redirecting me to "Add-Ons," and unfortunately, I can't seem to access the Ultimate Team functionality. It's quite frustrating that even though I paid for the Ultimate Team edition, I'm only able to play the standard game mode.

This situation is very annoying since I specifically bought the game for the Ultimate Team experience. I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue and unlocking the missing content.
