Michelin Lastikte Delinme Sonrası Tamir Sorunu Ve Güvenlik Endişesi
To the Attention of Michelin Representatives,
On September 27, 2023, I purchased a set of Michelin CrossClimate 2 SUV S1 225/55 R19 103V XL all-season tires. Recently, I discovered a small puncture on the tread area of one of the tires. Despite multiple repair attempts by an authorized tire service center using internal patching (vulcanization) methods, the repair did not hold. As a last resort, the service center applied an external plug (tire string).
I chose Michelin because I trusted its quality and reliability, but I was disappointed and concerned for my safety that such a minor repair could not be successfully completed. This raises concerns about whether there might be a manufacturing or structural issue that caused this failure.
I kindly request that this tire be inspected by Michelin to determine if the issue stems from a defect in production or materials, and if so, that it be handled under warranty.
