Michael Kors Milano Outlet Purchase Tax Refund Delayed at Malpensa Airport

I purchased a handbag for 11,300 TL from the Michael Kors store at Milano Outlet and processed my Tax Free refund at Malpensa Airport on July 10. Although time has passed, the tax refund amount has still not been credited to my credit card.
When I contacted the Michael Kors store at Milano Outlet, they told me they had forwarded the matter to Malpensa Airport; however, no refund has been reflected on my card, nor have I received any clear information regarding the status of the process.
I demand that the tax refund I am entitled to under Tax Free be credited to my credit card as soon as possible and that I be clearly informed about the current status of my claim.
