Michael Kors Wonderlust Lacks Longevity, Sparking Counterfeit Concerns
On Thursday, June 11, 2026, I purchased a Michael Kors Wonderlust perfume from the Kağan Parfümeri Zafer Plaza branch. I paid 3,857 TL for the product using a credit card. However, when I started using the perfume, I noticed that its scent had almost no longevity at all; the product practically gives the impression of being counterfeit.
When I visited the store regarding this issue, I was told that no action could be taken because I did not have the physical paper receipt with me. While many companies nowadays provide receipts and invoices via SMS or digital platforms, the fact that Kağan Parfümeri still offers no such convenience leaves me as a customer thoroughly aggrieved. Neither the extremely poor performance of the product nor the total lack of post-sales support is acceptable.
I demand a full refund of the 3,857 TL I paid, as well as the implementation of a customer support process backed by digital receipts or similar systems so that customers are not left helpless in such situations.
