My 2023 MG ZS Broke Down Without Warning and MG Offered No Replacement Vehicle

I purchased a 2023 MG ZS 1.0 Luxury Plus in 2023. On the night of July 22, 2026, my vehicle suddenly failed to start without displaying any warning lights or error messages. I immediately contacted MG Roadside Assistance, and my car was towed to the authorized V*** Oto** service center in Çorlu. I specifically explained that I have a young baby and am personally responsible for caring for my sick mother, and I requested that the problem be diagnosed and resolved as quickly as possible because my vehicle is essential to my daily life.

The service center informed me that the problem was related to the engine cover assembly, but when they contacted me again, I was told that the repair would take approximately one month. I explained that being without my vehicle for such a long period would create serious hardship, especially because I must care for two family members with ongoing health needs. Despite these circumstances, I was told that I could not be provided with a loaner vehicle and that a request for one could only be submitted after waiting 10 days.

I researched this issue myself but could not find any legal requirement that customers must wait 10 days before becoming eligible to request a replacement vehicle. I also have an important doctor's appointment on July 27, 2026, and I need reliable transportation to attend it. Since my own vehicle cannot be used because of a defect covered under warranty, having to wait up to a month for repairs while receiving no temporary transportation has caused significant inconvenience and hardship.

I request that MG Turkey and the authorized service center repair my vehicle within a reasonable timeframe. While the repair is being completed, I ask that they provide a loaner vehicle or another equivalent transportation solution to minimize the disruption caused by this warranty repair. I also request a clear written explanation of the basis for the alleged 10-day waiting period and the company's policy regarding replacement vehicles for customers whose vehicles remain in service under warranty.
