MetWallet Keeps Returning My Withdrawals After Final Bank Review Checks

On October 21, 2025, I attempted to transfer money from my MetWallet account to my VakıfBank and Akbank bank accounts. I tried the withdrawal process approximately four to five times, but every attempt resulted in the same issue. The transaction status changes to “Under Final Bank Review,” remains pending for a period of time, and is then automatically returned to my MetWallet account without being completed.

I completed these transactions through the ChaMet application, and the amount I was trying to withdraw was $30. To rule out any issues with a specific bank, I tested multiple bank accounts, including accounts at both VakıfBank and Akbank. However, the same problem occurred with every attempt.

My account does not have any restrictions, blocks, or known limitations that should prevent withdrawals. My MetWallet User ID is 2189757. When I contacted customer support regarding this issue, I was repeatedly redirected between different pages and channels without receiving a clear explanation or effective solution.

I request that MetWallet investigate why my withdrawals are being placed under final bank review and then returned to my account. I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible so that I can transfer funds to my bank account successfully and without further interruptions.
