I started trading with Alliance Online Trading through Meta Trader 5 with a small account of $250. I was assigned an investment advisor who introduced himself as B**** A**** on WhatsApp. Despite his guidance, I mainly handled my own trades.
About a month later, I noticed an alarming issue: my $1,900 account was suddenly burdened with a $2,197 margin requirement for just four trades. The advisor claimed this was normal for 1/200 leverage, assuring me there was no problem. However, after repeated messages and emails without any response for over a week, the account was miraculously fixed. I managed to grow the account to $2,500 and attempted to withdraw $200.
That’s when the real trouble began. The advisor claimed I needed a panel login, which should have been emailed to me. No such email was received, and my requests for resolution went unanswered. Neither the company nor the advisor responded further, leaving me unable to withdraw even this small amount. If such a minimal withdrawal isn’t possible, how can anyone trust this platform with larger sums?
I urge Meta Trader to review its association with companies like Alliance Online Trading and demand accountability. How can such incompetence and negligence go unchecked?
