Bicity.com Failed to Deliver $100 Token Presale Purchase to My MetaMask Wallet
Approximately two years ago, I participated in a token presale through the bicity.com website and made a $100 purchase. I completed the payment using my bank card through Payfix. After the transaction, the tokens were supposed to be transferred to my MetaMask wallet, but they were never credited to my account.
After experiencing this issue, I tried to contact bicity.com, but I have not received any response through any of their communication channels. I have been unable to get any information about the status of my $100 payment, and the issue remains unresolved.
My request from bicity.com is that this transaction be thoroughly investigated, that the tokens I purchased during the presale be credited to my MetaMask wallet, or, if that is not possible, that my $100 payment be fully refunded. I want this long-standing issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
