Mercedes A200 Command Screen Failure

The left side of the Command screen on my 2019 Mercedes A200 W177 stopped working. When I took it to the service center, they initially said it could be fixed with a software update. However, after further inspection, they said the issue might be with the screen, the control unit (brain), or the cable, and that diagnosing and fixing it could take up to 45 days. So, I went to a trusted technician outside the service center, and it became clear that the problem was with the control unit. I’ve never heard anything so absurd in my life. I was told that even the factory in Germany doesn’t have the part and that it could take up to 3 months to get it. I did my own research and was shocked to learn this is actually a common issue. I’ve been a Mercedes owner for years, but I’ve decided I won’t continue with the brand. The condition of my car and the fact that the control unit failed like this are unacceptable.
Since the screen's mainboard is a chronic issue, it is no longer being produced and has been replaced with a new model. A complaint will be filed with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and legal action will be taken.
We would be glad if you are interested.

This is the condition of the car—it's a shame, an absolute disgrace.
The product is unavailable, and the same defect has been reported by at least 14 people. This issue is actually a chronic problem.
