Lost Both Keys for My Mercedes A180 AMG



I lost both keys for my Mercedes A180 AMG, which I purchased just a month ago, about 15 days ago. My vehicle is in a rural area and is at high risk of being stolen. Despite submitting a key replacement request to Mercedes, I have not received any response from any department. I am currently guarding my car to prevent theft. I have contacted several authorized Mercedes service centers, but they all say they have no information on the matter. I am in a difficult situation and urgently need help from Mercedes. Please hear my plea; I have never experienced anything like this before. I urgently request immediate assistance from Mercedes to resolve this issue.
