"They returned the same product to me again. I called the company again. I said that I would seek my rights through every legal means and that this was a great disrespect to the customer. They said they would call within two business days. I am waiting. If I experience the same process for the third time, I will write here and also seek my rights through other means and legal channels. This is disrespectful, it shows a lack of importance for customer satisfaction, and a lack of appreciation for customer value. This might be my last purchase, I am very disappointed."
