UPS Failed to Process Cash on Delivery Shipment
I sent my shipment with the option for payment upon delivery, but unfortunately, the recipient is unwilling to accept it.... Even though I asked UPS Turkey to deliver it and offered to pay the fee, they have not responded. My package with tracking number 1ZXY84806850162098 has been at the Samsun Atakum
