"Even though I do everything I can, they don't help at all. They keep giving the same answer: 'they couldn't verify that the account belongs to me.' I've answered everything they asked. It's perfectly normal that I can't remember some details of the account I opened 10 years ago, and I already have access to the account, and moreover the email I got from Google Support clearly proves that it is mine.
