ShortMax Charged Me Without Use, Requesting Immediate Refund

It doesn’t even explain anything. It’s just a bunch of numbers. I need a refund; I haven’t been using ShortMax at all, s...o I want my money back. This is ridiculous. I’m going to find a way to block you. Please refund me. I don’t have time to deal with being charged for something I haven’t been using.
