Here is what happened: 1. I buy flexy tickets 2. I request a change (to pay only the difference, 40 euros) 3. They call ...me saying there is a system error, and to buy new tickets (which is now 140 euros more than the initial one), saying I will be reimbursed for that bigger difference as well, and th
