Here is what happened: 1. I buy flexy tickets 2. I request a change (to pay only the difference, 40 euros) 3. They call me saying there is a system error, and to buy new tickets (which is now 140 euros more than the initial one), saying I will be reimbursed for that bigger difference as well, and that if needed, I can request the call recordings. 4. I (naively) do what they said 5. They say they can reimburse only for the cheaper tickets, and that they cannot provide me with the phone recordings after all (so the guy was openly lying!) So, in the end, I got the more expensive tickets because of the flexible possibility, which could not work, so I paid extra to buy the new (really expensive last minute) tickets. And on top of that, they lied.
