Turkcell Failed to Deliver SIM Card After Number Transfer
"On 30/12/2025, the customer representative I spoke with said they would consult with the relevant manager and help with my transaction, and 1.5 hours later the SIM card that had not arrived for 9 days was delivered to me. I am very grateful to the lady representative, whose name I cannot recall at the moment."
