Turkcell Failed to Deliver SIM Card After Number Transfer
Last Saturday, I transferred my phone number 0540 027 0613 from Vodafone to Turkcell, but my physical SIM card has still not been delivered after one full week.
I have contacted customer service three times in an effort to resolve this issue. However, the courier company has not contacted me and has failed to deliver the SIM card.
When I ask representatives of such a large telecom operator where my SIM card is, all I hear is “We don’t know” and “You’re right.” This situation is completely unacceptable. I am requesting assistance from a competent authority who can actually resolve this negligence and ensure my SIM card is delivered as soon as possible.

On 30/12/2025, the customer representative I spoke with said they would consult with the relevant manager and help with my transaction, and 1.5 hours later the SIM card that had not arrived for 9 days was delivered to me. I am very grateful to the lady representative, whose name I cannot recall at the moment.
