Melbet Account Restricted, Cannot Withdraw Or Play


I have been using my Melbet account since 2022 without any issues. Recently, my account became restricted. I can still log in and see my balance, but I cannot withdraw my funds or place bets, and when I try to use my account I receive authorization errors and my access remains limited. I contacted the Melbet Security Department and provided all requested verification information, including my passport/identity documents, a selfie holding my document and additional security confirmations. I also answered all questions requested by the Security Department and cooperated fully with the verification process. Despite this, my account is still restricted and I have not received a clear timeframe for restoring my access; support only tells me to wait for the security review. My account is verified under my own name, and I am requesting Melbet to complete the review, remove the restriction and restore my ability to use my account and withdraw my funds. I kindly request Melbet to provide a clear explanation regarding the balance change and to complete the account review process. Update: No Reply from Melbet Support Also , my account balance was dropped from 99% after Melbet stated there was a technical issue. However, I have not received any detailed statement or transparent calculation explaining how this new balance was decided. I believe customers should not have their balances changed without receiving a complete transaction report showing the exact reason and calculation.
