On June 18, 2025, my Melbet account was hacked, and unauthorized access was gained. From the very same day, I have been emailing Melbet’s security team repeatedly, urgently requesting that my account be frozen to protect my remaining funds. Despite my repeated messages and clear explanation of the situation, no one has responded to my emails, and no action has been taken to secure my account.
I understand that the initial mistake of losing access to my account was mine, but once I reported the issue, it became the company’s responsibility to act swiftly and protect its users. Unfortunately, Melbet’s complete lack of response has left me vulnerable and frustrated, fearing that my remaining balance might be withdrawn by unauthorized parties at any moment.
This experience has caused serious emotional distress and financial anxiety. I expected at least basic communication and urgent action from a platform where real money is involved.
I urgently request that my Melbet account be frozen immediately to prevent any further losses and that I receive a prompt response from the security team regarding the next steps. Please take this matter seriously and resolve it without further delay.
